Cancellation Policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription under our Subscribe and Save program. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription frequency that you select during checkout. You can make changes to this frequency anytime. Your payment details will be stored securely, and you’ll be charged for each of these deliveries automatically on the selected processing date.

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it any time prior to an order processing.

Courtesy subscription reminder emails are sent 5 days prior to an order processing in case changes need to be made. You can manage your subscription directly from the reminder email.

Once a subscription order has processed, we are unable to make changes or cancel the order.

Please be sure to review your shipping address before completing your purchase as we do not ship to a P.O. Box address. A physical mailing address is required.

Online standard shipping consumer orders received by 11:00am ET Monday through Wednesday will typically ship the same day in a temperature controlled package with a temperature monitor. Orders received after 11:00am ET Wednesday through Sunday may be held and shipped the following week, depending on transit time and temperature conditions. Orders scheduled to ship on holidays will ship on the next eligible shipping day.

All customers who need their order expedited will be charged $29.99 for overnight delivery service. Orders received by 11:00am Monday through Thursday will ship the same day. Orders placed after 11:00am Monday through Wednesday will ship the next business day. Orders placed after 11:00am Thursday through Sunday will ship on Monday (holidays excluded).

Standard shipping is generally 2-3 days from when shipped. FedEx does not guarantee delivery dates.
